Memory Palace

Recall under pressure.

Memory Palace is a progressive sequence-recall challenge. Every correct sequence gets longer, the signal grid expands between levels and the pace increases as your run continues.

What it tests

  • Working memory
  • Sequence recall
  • Input speed
  • Consistency

How to play Memory Palace

  1. 01

    Watch

A sequence of illuminated tiles plays across the grid.

  2. 02

    Recall

Repeat every signal in the same order before the input window closes.

  3. 03

    Advance

Complete the full set of sequences to unlock a larger, faster level.

  4. 04

    Hold the run

One wrong input or an expired timer ends the attempt.

Game rules

Know the challenge.

  • A run starts with a three-signal sequence across six tiles.
  • Each level progresses through sequences of three to ten signals.
  • After the ten-signal sequence, the grid expands and a new level begins.
  • The input window is tied to the sequence display time.
  • A wrong input or timeout ends the run.

Scoring

Know the target.

  • Every correct input adds points based on the current level.
  • Faster correct inputs add a speed bonus.
  • The player app compares each player's best saved run by level, then points.
  • Training records are practice results, not official competition scores.

Performance notes

Make the next
run count.

  1. 01

Give each tile a short mental label before the first sequence grows.

  2. 02

Recall the sequence in small groups instead of as one long chain.

  3. 03

Prioritize accuracy first; speed bonuses only matter while the run survives.

Memory Palace FAQ

Before you
press play.

Is Memory Palace playable now?

Yes. The current experience is a training mode on play.canyoubeatem.com and requires a player account.

Does a training score count in an official competition?

No. The current training board contains practice personal bests. Official competitive runs require separately published rules and validated scoring.

How does the difficulty increase?

Sequences grow from three to ten signals. Completing a level expands the tile grid and accelerates the display pace.

What ends a run?

A wrong tile or an expired input window ends the current training attempt.
